The invention discloses a composite broadband pressure-resistant sound-absorbing covering layer with embedded parallel plates, relates to the technical field of underwater navigation detection, and solves the technical problems of high sound absorption performance and hydrostatic pressure resistance in a broadband range. The sound absorption covering layer comprises a sound absorption layer, a parallel plate and a base layer, the sound absorption layer and the parallel plate are fixed to form a unit, and the multiple units are arranged on the same horizontal plane to form a periodic structure; and a base layer is arranged on the lower bottom surface of the periodic structure to form an integrated structure. When sound waves are normally incident into the sound absorption layer, shear waves can be excited on the surfaces of the parallel plates, shear deformation is generated in the sound absorption layer, the sound waves are attenuated higher, and therefore the low and medium frequency sound absorption coefficient is increased. The parallel plates embedded in the composite material are flush with the upper surface and the lower surface of the sound absorption layer, deformation of the sound absorption covering layer under the hydrostatic pressure condition and changes of physical parameters can be resisted to a certain degree, and great influence of the hydrostatic pressure on the sound absorption performance of the covering layer is avoided.
一种内嵌平行板的复合材料宽带耐压吸声覆盖层涉及水下航行探测技术领域,解决了在宽频带范围兼具高吸声性能且耐静水压力的技术难题。该吸声覆盖层包括:吸声层、平行板和基层;所述吸声层和平行板固定形成一个单元,所述多个单元设置在同一个水平面上形成周期性结构;在所述周期性结构的下底面设有基层,形成一体结构。本发明在声波正入射到吸声层中时,能够在平行板表面激发剪切波,在吸声层中产生剪切形变,让声波得到更高的衰减,从而提高中低频的吸声系数。在复合材料中内嵌的平行板与吸声层上、下表面齐平,能够在一定程度上抵御吸声覆盖层在静水压条件下的形变和物理参数的改变,避免了静水压力对覆盖层吸声性能产生的较大影响。
