The invention relates to a pressure-resistant repeatable water explosion-resistant nanofluidic covering layer, the covering layer comprises a hyperelastic porous energy-absorbing structure, lyophobic nano porous particles and non-infiltrating liquid, the hyperelastic porous energy-absorbing structure is internally provided with holes to form an accommodating space; and a nanofluidic energy absorber formed by mixing the lyophobic nano-porous particles and the non-infiltrating liquid is filled and sealed in the accommodating space of the hyperelastic porous energy absorption structure. The covering layer has multiple functions of deformation recoverability, high hydrostatic pressure resistance and excellent energy absorption performance, can be used for impact resistance of the underwater vehicle, does not need to be repaired in a large area after being subjected to an impact load and can be repeatedly used, and the cost is reduced.
