The invention discloses a formation flight light configuration method and device and a computer readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the coordinates and colors of all pixels of a design drawing of formation flight, and forming a result list through the coordinates and colors of all pixels; traversing the result list according to a dot pitch corresponding to the formation flight, and obtaining a formation dot matrix composed of a non-transparent color formation row and a non-transparent color formation column; and lighting the light color of each aircraft in the formation flight according to the formation dot matrix. According to the invention, a more efficient formation flight light configuration scheme is realized, the manual conversion step of formation flight is optimized, and the design participation degree and the real-time experience feeling of formation flight are improved.
