According to the method, the problem of how to plan coordination of a plurality of brewing tasks in a brewing workshop is abstracted into the problem of multi-task coordination scheduling, an optimization function is constructed based on optimization targets of minimizing total completion time, partitioning and manual average load, and the optimization function is solved by utilizing a near-end strategy optimization algorithm; and finally, intelligent hoisting of the brewing workshop is completed by taking the scheduling scheme as driving and cooperating with an intelligent path planning algorithm, intelligent circulation and cooperative driving control of the brewing workshop are realized, and the goals of improving the production efficiency, improving the resource utilization rate and reducing the labor intensity and the labor cost are achieved.
