According to the remote cooperative hoisting operation system for the tower crane and the control method of the remote cooperative hoisting operation system, the remote cooperative hoisting operation of the tower crane is completed by combining an operation scheduling system and a remote control system by utilizing the characteristic that a remote control console controls multiple tower cranes, so that one operator can remotely and cooperatively control multiple tower cranes, and the number of operators is reduced. In the remote cooperative automatic control, the system can regularize the hoisted object according to the early warning distance set by the tower crane, and meanwhile, the tower crane can be manually controlled at any time by the tower crane according to the surrounding condition of the tower crane, so that collision with an obstacle in the hoisting process is effectively prevented. According to the invention, a plurality of tower cranes can be remotely and cooperatively controlled to complete the hoisting operation task, the working efficiency is improved, the number of operators is reduced, and the safety and reliability of the hoisting process can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种塔机远程协同吊装作业系统及其控制方法,利用远程操控台一控多的特点,结合作业调度系统和远程操控系统完成塔机的远程协同吊装作业,可以实现一名操作者远程协同控制多台塔机,减少操作者数量。在远程协同的自动控制中系统可以根据塔司设定的预警距离,将吊装物规则化处理,同时塔司可以根据塔机周围的情况,随时手动控制塔机,有效的预防吊装过程中与障碍物发生碰撞。本发明不仅可以实现远程协同控制多台塔机完成吊装作业任务,提升工作效率,减少操作者数量,还可以提高吊装过程的安全性和可靠性。
