The invention discloses a multi-crane cooperative hoisting operation planning system and method.The system comprises a model library module, a follow-up strategy module, a safety module, an instruction compiling module and a scheme simulation module, environment scene and building setting is conducted in the model library module, main and auxiliary crane models are selected, and corresponding working conditions and hoisting objects are set; selecting a collaborative operation follow-up strategy in the follow-up strategy module; in the action simulation process, the auxiliary crane is automatically driven to perform corresponding actions according to the selected follow-up strategy; and the instruction compiling module selects to store action instructions of the main crane and the auxiliary crane until the whole operation is completed, and then hoisting instruction extraction and instruction optimization are performed. And finally, the whole hoisting process is reproduced in a scheme simulation module, and a hoisting scheme is confirmed, so that the whole multi-machine collaborative hoisting operation planning is completed. According to the invention, simulation and prediction of each link of the hoisting operation can be realized, and the safety and the operation efficiency of the hoisting operation are effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机多机协同吊装作业规划系统及方法,该系统包括:模型库模块、随动策略模块、安全模块、指令编译模块和方案模拟模块,在模型库模块进行环境场景和建筑物设置,并选择主、辅起重机机型,设置对应工况及吊载物;在随动策略模块选择协同作业随动策略;在模拟动作过程中,依据选择的随动策略自动驱动辅助起重机进行相应动作;在指令编译模块选择保存主、辅起重机动作指令,直至整个作业完成,然后进行吊装指令提取和指令优化。最后在方案模拟模块,复现整个吊载过程,并且确认吊装方案,至此完成整个多机协同吊装作业规划。本发明可以实现对吊装作业各个环节的模拟与预测,有效提升吊装作业的安全性和作业效率。
