The shifting plate set comprises a first shifting plate and a second shifting plate which move in the opposite directions and are located on the two sides of the carrying synchronizer, during low-speed lifting gear operation, the first shifting plate and the second shifting plate abut against the side wall of the carrying synchronizer, and the first shifting plate and the second shifting plate limit movement of the carrying synchronizer.
