The invention discloses a lifting mechanism for a bridge crane, which comprises two bridge frames arranged in parallel, two cross beams arranged in parallel are connected between the two bridge frames, bridge frame main beam connecting frames are symmetrically arranged on the opposite side walls of the two cross beams, an oil cylinder is connected between the two bridge frame main beam connecting frames, and the oil cylinder is parallel to the cross beams. The cylinder barrel end of the oil cylinder is connected with a cylinder barrel end pulley block, the piston rod end of the oil cylinder is connected with a piston rod end pulley block, horizontal pulley assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two bridge main beam connecting frames respectively, and vertical guide wheel sets are symmetrically arranged on the opposite side walls of the two cross beams. A steel wire rope is wound around the cylinder barrel end pulley block, the piston rod end pulley block, the horizontal pulley assembly and the vertical guide pulley block in sequence. The lifting mechanism solves the problems that a lifting mechanism needs to be arranged on a bridge of an existing crane to achieve the lifting function, the space of the bridge is occupied, and lifting synchronism is poor.

    本发明公开了用于桥式起重机的提升机构,包括两个平行设置的桥架,两个桥架之间连接有两个平行设置的横梁,两个横梁相对的侧壁上均对称设置有桥架主梁连接架,两个桥架主梁连接架之间连接有油缸,油缸与横梁平行设置,油缸的缸筒端连接有缸筒端滑轮组,油缸的活塞杆端连接有活塞杆端滑轮组,两个桥架主梁连接架上分别对称的设置有水平滑轮组件,两个横梁相对的侧壁上均对称的设置有竖直导向轮组,缸筒端滑轮组、活塞杆端滑轮组、水平滑轮组件和竖直导向轮组依次绕有钢丝绳。本发明提升机构解决了现有起重机需要在桥架上设置提升机构实现提升功能,占用桥架空间且提升同步性差的问题。
