The invention discloses a lifting mechanism of a bridge crane. The lifting mechanism comprises a base, a driving motor, a winding drum and a pulley assembly, wherein the upper end of one side of the base is in bolted connection with the driving motor; the upper end of the other side of the base is in bolted connection with a speed reducer; one end of the speed reducer is in transmission connectionwith the winding drum; a steel wire is wound on the surface of the winding drum; the pulley assembly is arranged at the end, away from the winding drum, of the surface of the steel wire; and a lifting hook is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the pulley assembly. According to the lifting mechanism, a bearing is arranged between a rotating wheel and a plug pin, the rotating wheel is rotationally connected with the plug pin through the bearing, when a steel wire rope contracts, the friction force between the rotating wheel and the plug pin is reduced, so that the steel wire rope can betterdrive the rotating wheel, and the friction force between the steel wire rope and the rotating wheel is reduced; and meanwhile, rolling wheels are arranged on the two sides of the interior of a shell,so that the friction force between a side plate and the inner wall of the shell is reduced in the moving process of the steel wire rope, the lifting mechanism can lift objects more easily, and then the friction damage of the steel wire rope is reduced.
本发明公开了一种桥式起重机的提升机构,包括底座、驱动电机、卷筒和滑轮组件,所述底座的一侧上端螺栓连接有驱动电机,另一侧上端螺栓连接有减速器,所述减速器的一端与卷筒传动连接,所述卷筒的表面缠绕有钢丝,所述钢丝表面远离卷筒的一端设置有滑轮组件,所述滑轮组件的底端固定安装有吊钩。本发明在转轮与插销之间设置了轴承,转轮通过轴承与插销转动连接,在钢丝绳收缩的时,减小了转轮与插销之间的摩擦力,从而使钢丝绳更好的带动转轮,使钢丝绳与转轮之间的摩擦力得到减小,同时又在外壳内不的两侧设置有滚轮,减小了钢丝绳运动过程中带动侧板与外壳内壁的摩擦力,使起升机构吊物更加轻松,从而降低钢丝绳的摩擦损伤。
