The invention relates to a thermal management system of an extended-range hybrid electric vehicle and a control method of the thermal management system, and the system comprises a range extender cooling unit, a passenger compartment heating air-conditioning unit, an electrically-driven cooling unit and a battery thermal management unit, the heat exchanger is connected with the battery heat management unit and the range extender cooling unit so as to achieve heat exchange between the passenger compartment heating unit and the battery heat management unit. The heat exchanger is further connected with the electric drive cooling unit through a four-way electromagnetic valve so as to switch the series connection mode and the parallel connection mode of the battery heat management loop and the electric drive cooling loop, and rapid heating of the battery is achieved in the low-temperature environment. Compared with the prior art, waste heat generated during operation of the range extender and the electric driving system is fully utilized and used for heating the passenger compartment and the battery in the low-temperature environment, the thermal comfort of the passenger compartment and the operation efficiency and service life of the power battery can be effectively improved, and energy loss in the heating process is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种增程式混合动力汽车热管理系统及其控制方法,该系统包括增程器冷却单元、乘员舱制热空调单元、电驱动冷却单元和电池热管理单元,乘员舱制热空调单元设置有热交换器,热交换器分别与电池热管理单元、增程器冷却单元连接,以实现乘员舱制热单元与电池热管理单元之间的热交换;热交换器还通过四通电磁阀与电驱动冷却单元相连接,以切换电池热管理回路和电驱动冷却回路的串、并联模式,在低温环境中实现电池的快速加热。与现有技术相比,本发明充分利用增程器、电驱动系统运行时产生的废热,并将其用于低温环境下乘员舱和电池的加热,能够有效提高乘员舱的热舒适性以及动力电池的运行效率和使用寿命,并减少加热过程中的能量损耗。
