The invention provides an integrated thermal management system of a hybrid electric vehicle. The system comprises a first water pump, a second water pump, a third water pump, an engine water jacket, abattery water jacket, a motor water jacket, an electric control water jacket, an engine radiator, a battery radiator, a motor/electric control radiator, a first three-way valve, a first three-way valve, a second three-way valve, a third three-way valve, a fourth three-way valve, a fifth three-way valve, a sixth three-way valve. According to the technical scheme, by controlling the on-off state ofthe water pump and the opening state of each three-way valve, three modes of respective cooling of the engine, the battery and the motor/electric controller, preheating of the engine for the batteryand preheating of the motor for the engine are achieved, the energy utilization rate is increased through an integrated design scheme, the structure is simple, reliability is high, and the whole vehicle economy is effectively improved.
本发明提出一种混合动力汽车集成化热管理系统,包括第一水泵、第二水泵、第三水泵、发动机水套、电池水套、电机水套、电控水套、发动机散热器、电池散热器、电机/电控散热器、第一三通阀、第一三通阀、第二三通阀、第三三通阀、第四三通阀、第五三通阀、第六三通阀、第七三通阀、第八三通阀。本技术方案通过控制水泵的开关状态以及各三通阀的开启状态,实现发动机、电池、电机/电控的分别冷却,发动机为电池预热,电机为发动机预热三大模式,通过集成化的设计方案提高能量利用率,结构简单,可靠性高,有效改善了整车经济性。
