The invention discloses a thermal management system for an extended-range electric vehicle, and the main design concept of the thermal management system is as follows: the thermal management system consists of a cooling liquid loop and a refrigerant loop which are connected with each other through a pipeline and have different cooling media; wherein the cooling liquid loop is divided into a battery cooling loop, a motor and generator cooling loop and an extended range engine cooling loop, the refrigerant loop comprises a compressor, a first condenser, an evaporator, an electronic expansion valve, an electromagnetic valve and a cooler which are connected through pipelines, and the refrigerant loop and the battery cooling loop share the cooler. The refrigerating capacity of the cab and the refrigerating capacity of the battery pack are matched through opening and closing of an electromagnetic valve in the refrigerant loop and opening control of an electronic expansion valve. According to the invention, the waste heat of the extended-range engine is recovered and used for heating the battery and the cab, impurities of a generator cooling loop cannot be brought into a battery cooling loop, and meanwhile, energy consumption is saved under various working conditions by adjusting components in the loop under various working conditions.

    本发明公开了一种增程式电动汽车热管理系统,本发明的主要设计构思在于,由通过管路相互连接且具有不同冷却介质的冷却液回路及冷媒回路构成;其中冷却液回路分为电池冷却回路、电机与发电机冷却回路、增程发动机冷却回路,冷媒回路包括通过管路连接的压缩机、第一冷凝器、蒸发器、电子膨胀阀、电磁阀及冷却器,其中,冷媒回路与电池冷却回路共用冷却器,通过冷媒回路中的电磁阀的开闭及电子膨胀阀的开度控制,对驾驶室及电池包的制冷量进行配比。本发明将增程发动机余热回收用于制热电池和驾驶室,且不会将发电机冷却回路的杂质带入电池冷却回路中,同时在各个工况下通过调整回路中的部件,实现各个工况下的能耗节省。
