According to the four-wheel steering type drive-by-wire chassis for the new energy automobile, a temperature sensor is arranged at the position of a controller, natural air is collected through an air collecting cover, enters an air inlet pipe and is conveyed to the position of the controller to achieve first-stage refrigeration, air is introduced into an annular pipeline and flows out of an air overflow opening, and negative pressure ring forming is conducted in the middle of the annular pipeline; driving air is blown into the middle position of the annular pipeline from the outside to achieve the purpose of secondary refrigeration, when the temperature is high, the purpose of variable-speed adjustment is achieved by changing the rotating direction of the driving motor and driving different one-way gears to work, the negative pressure of the annular pipeline is further reduced, the refrigeration efficiency is improved, refrigeration treatment can be effectively conducted on the controller, and the service life of the controller is prolonged. The whole heat dissipation process is safe and reliable, multi-stage refrigeration is achieved, potential safety hazards of the whole vehicle are effectively reduced, the automation degree is high, a wiring device is easy to operate, line arrangement is standard and reliable, and follow-up overhaul and arrangement are facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车用四轮转向式线控底盘,在控制器的位置处设置温度传感器,利用集风罩收集自然风进进风管输送到控制器位置达到一级制冷,利用环形管道内通入气体,气体从溢风口流出,在环形管道中间位置进行负压环,驱动风从外部吹入环形管道的中间位置,达到二级制冷的目的,在温度较高时,通过改变驱动电机的转向,驱动不同的单向齿轮进行工作,达到变速调节的目的,进一步降低环形管道的负压,提高制冷效率,本发明能有效对控制器进行制冷处理,高效且安全,环形管道将风力倍增,整个散热过程安全可靠,多级制冷,有效降低整车安全隐患,自动化程度高,布线装置操作简单,线路整理规范可靠,方便后续进行检修整理。
