The invention provides a battery energy balance test method under the whole vehicle working condition of a hybrid electric vehicle, which comprises a to-be-tested vehicle and is characterized in that M cameras are arranged on the to-be-tested vehicle, the image data output end of the mth camera is connected with the image data input mth end of a controller of the to-be-tested vehicle, and the image data output end of the mth camera is connected with the image data input end of the controller of the to-be-tested vehicle; the wireless data transmission module and the battery energy balance adjusting module are arranged on a to-be-tested vehicle, and a data receiving and transmitting end of the wireless data transmission module is connected with a data receiving and transmitting end of a to-be-tested vehicle controller; when a to-be-tested vehicle runs on the test ramp, the battery energy balance adjustment module performs balance adjustment on the storage battery or/and the storage battery pack, the to-be-tested vehicle controller transmits image data acquired by the M cameras to the cloud platform through the wireless data transmission module, and the cloud platform generates running information of the to-be-tested vehicle. According to the invention, energy balance processing can be carried out on the to-be-tested vehicle in the ramp test.

    本发明提出了一种混合动力汽车整车工况下电池能量均衡测试方法,包括待测试车辆,其特征在于,在待测试车辆上设置有M个摄像头,第m摄像头的图像数据输出端与待测试车辆控制器的图像数据输入第m端相连,还包括设置在待测试车辆上的无线数据传输模块和电池能量均衡调节模块,无线数据传输模块的数据收发端与待测试车辆控制器的数据收发端相连;待测试车辆行驶在测试坡道上,电池能量均衡调节模块对蓄电池或/和蓄电池组进行均衡调节,待测试车辆控制器将M个摄像头采集的图像数据利用无线数据传输模块传输至云平台,云平台生成待测试车辆的行驶信息。本发明能够实现对坡道测试的待测试车辆进行能量均衡处理。
