The embodiment of the invention discloses a coaxial wing synchronous unfolding mechanism of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The coaxial wing synchronous unfolding mechanism comprises a supporting base, a motor, a reduction gear box, an unfolding mechanism assembly and a wing connecting piece, an output shaft of the motor is connected to an input gear of the reduction gear box, and a lead screw of a ball screw assembly in the reduction gear box is connected to a rack of the unfolding mechanism assembly. A rack of the unfolding mechanism assembly is engaged with two sets of gears inside the rack, and the two sets of gears are engaged with two nested driving shells in the unfolding mechanism assembly in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The wing connecting pieces are installed at the ends of the two driving shells. According to the technical scheme, the problems that an existing unmanned aerial vehicle wing unfolding mechanism is poor in synchronism and reliability, low in response speed, large in occupied space, long in storage time and the like are solved.

    本发明实施例公开一种无人机共轴机翼同步展开机构,包括:支撑底座、电机、减速齿轮箱、展开机构组件和机翼连接件;电机的输出轴连接到减速齿轮箱的输入齿轮,减速齿轮箱中滚珠丝杠组件的丝杠连接到展开机构组件的齿条上;所述展开机构组件的齿条分别与其内部两套齿轮啮合,且两套齿轮一一对应展开机构组件中2个嵌套设置的驱动壳体啮合;机翼连接件安装在2个驱动壳体的端部。本发明实施例提供的技术方案解决了现有无人机机翼展开机构存在同步性差、可靠性差,响应速度慢,占用体积较大、长期储存等的问题。
