The buoyancy balancing mechanism comprises a shell, an outer oil bag and a piston type inner oil bag, the outer oil bag is arranged around the outer wall of the shell, the piston type inner oil bag is arranged in an inner cavity of the shell, and the outer wall of the piston type inner oil bag is in sealed sliding connection with the inner cavity wall of the shell; the outer oil bag is communicated with the piston type inner oil bag through an adjusting system and adjusts the oil amount in the outer oil bag and the piston type inner oil bag. The buoyancy balancing mechanism provided by the invention can solve the problems that the overall performance is affected and the power consumption of the buoyancy adjusting device is relatively large due to the unstable buoyancy state of the underwater robot, and has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work, high efficiency, no power for oil return and wide application.

    本发明公开了一种水下机器人用浮力均衡机构,包括外壳、外油囊、活塞式内油囊,所述外油囊环绕外壳外壁设置,所述活塞式内油囊设置在外壳内腔且外壁与外壳的内腔壁密封滑动连接;所述外油囊通过调节系统与活塞式内油囊连通并调节外油囊和活塞式内油囊内的油量。本发明提供的浮力均衡机构可解决水下机器人浮力状态不稳定导致整体性能受影响和浮力调节装置功耗较大的问题,具有结构简单、工作可靠、高效率、回油无动力、广泛适应的特点。
