A spiral climbing mechanism for pole and tower operation comprises an annular frame, an elastic locking assembly and a plurality of walking wheels. The annular frame comprises a main frame body and two side frame bodies, the two side frame bodies are hinged to the main frame body, so that the side frame bodies are folded inwards or unfolded outwards through rotation, when the side frame bodies are folded inwards, the main frame body and the side frame bodies form a circumferential closed structure capable of surrounding a tower, and the elastic locking assemblies are used for locking the main frame body and the side frame bodies. When the side frames are opened outwards, an opening is formed between the two side frames; the walking wheels are rotationally connected to the annular frame, the axes of the walking wheels are inclined, and the walking wheels drive the annular frame to ascend along the tower when rotating. The invention further relates to a tower operation robot device which adopts the climbing mechanism. The power transmission line concrete pole climbing robot can solve the problems of high danger coefficient, high labor intensity, low efficiency and the like existing in manual pole climbing operation, can replace an operator to carry an operation tool to climb a power transmission line concrete pole tower, guarantees operation safety and belongs to the field of power operation equipment.

    一种杆塔作业螺旋攀爬机构,包括环形框架、弹性锁紧组件和多个行走轮;环形框架包括主框架和两个侧框架,两个侧框架分别铰接主框架,从而侧框架通过转动向内合拢或向外打开,当侧框架向内合拢时,主框架和侧框架形成可围住杆塔的周向封闭结构,弹性锁紧组件用于将主框架和侧框架锁紧,当侧框架向外打开时,两个侧框架之间形成开口;行走轮转动连接于环形框架上,行走轮的轴线倾斜,行走轮转动时带动环形框架沿杆塔上升。还涉及一种杆塔作业机器人装置,采用上述攀爬机构。本发明可解决人工爬杆作业存在的危险系数高,劳动强度大,效率低等问题,能够代替作业工人携带作业工具攀爬输电线路混凝土杆塔,保障作业安全,属于电力作业设备领域。
