The invention discloses a non-contact compression type dynamic torque sensor and a torque sensing center shaft, and the torque sensor comprises a shaft sleeve body which is provided with a deformation part which can generate compression type deformation when being subjected to an axial torsional force; the first optical assembly is used for emitting light to detect the deformation distance of the deformation part and obtaining the axial torsional force according to the deformation distance, and the first optical assembly is not in contact with the shaft sleeve body. According to the torque sensor and the center shaft applying the torque sensor, the torque sensor measures the torque value and the speed value by means of the optical principle, parts such as a joint rod and a pedal do not need to be contacted in the measurement process, and therefore the torque sensor is good in reliability and high in robustness.
