The invention discloses a non-contact torsion type dynamic torque sensor and a torque sensing center shaft, and the torque sensor comprises a shaft sleeve body which is provided with one or more deformation parts which can generate torsion type deformation when being subjected to axial torsion force; the at least two detected parts are respectively arranged at the two ends of the deformation part and are provided with detected marks; and the at least two sensing elements are arranged corresponding to the different detected parts and are used for detecting the corresponding detected marks in real time based on the optical principle when the shaft sleeve body rotates or is static to generate corresponding signal differences so as to solve the torque of the shaft sleeve body, and the sensing elements are not in contact with the shaft sleeve body. According to the torque sensor and the center shaft applying the torque sensor, the torque sensor measures a torque value and a speed value by means of the optical principle, the dynamic effect is good, the effect of the torque sensor is slightly influenced by physical interference, and the torque sensor is easy to manufacture.

    本发明公开一种非接触扭转式动态扭矩传感器及扭矩感应中轴,扭矩传感器包括:轴套体,其具有在受到轴向扭转力时可发生扭转式形变的一个或多个形变部;至少两个受检部,分别设置于形变部的两端,其具有受检标识;至少两个传感元件,与不同的受检部对应设置,用于基于光学原理在轴套体转动或静止时实时检测对应的受检标识而产生对应的信号差而求得轴套体的扭矩,传感元件与轴套体不接触。本发明提出了一种扭矩传感器和应用该扭矩传感器的中轴,该扭矩传感器利用光学原理测量扭矩值和速度值,动态效果好,其效果受到物理干扰影响小,并且易于制造。
