The invention finds a new way, and successfully designs an electrically-assisted bicycle center shaft torque sensor based on micropore light transmission. By means of the progress of the modern laser micropore technology, the diameter of the radial micropore of the rotating shaft can be made to be very small, the diameter reaches the elastic deformation caused by the rotating middle shaft under the action of low riding torque, and even for a high-strength metal material, the change of the light passing cross section of the micropore can be quantitatively measured. By means of a high-sensitivity photoelectric tube technology and elements which are brought by development of a modern electronic amplification technology and are rich in variety and low in cost, the photoelectric center shaft torque sensor has a great cost advantage compared with an existing torque sensor of a power-assisted electric vehicle in the market, and the economic value is huge. With the adoption of the torque sensor, the wide application of the torque sensor of the electric power-assisted bicycle can be greatly promoted, and the development of the electric power-assisted bicycle industry can be promoted.

    本发明另辟蹊径,成功设计了基于微孔透光的电助动自行车中轴扭矩传感器。借助于现代激光微孔技术的进步,旋转轴径向微孔直径已经可以做得很小,小到旋转中轴在低骑行扭矩作用下所引起的弹性形变,即使对于高强度的金属材料,也能够对微孔的通光截面变化定量测定。借助于高灵敏度的光电管技术,现代电子放大技术的发展所带来的种类丰富,成本低廉的元器件,我们的光电中轴力矩传感器比市场上已有的助力电动车力矩传感器具有极大的成本优势,经济价值巨大。它的出现,必定会对电动助力自行车力矩传感器的广泛使用起到巨大的推动作用,促进电动助力自行车事业的发展。
