The invention discloses a modification method based on a drive-by-wire chassis of a new energy automobile, which is characterized in that a drive-by-wire system comprising mechanisms such as a controller, a steering system, a braking system and a sensing device is additionally arranged on the basis of an original automobile so as to realize linear control of steering and braking, open source of a communication protocol and external communication; according to the gear shifting function, signals of all gears of an original vehicle gear sensor are simulated and transmitted to an original vehicle VCU to achieve gear shifting, the original vehicle gear signals can be shielded in the signal simulation control process, and the two modes of original vehicle operation gear shifting and drive-by-wire control can be achieved; acceleration and deceleration control is achieved by simulating an original vehicle accelerator pedal signal and transmitting the original vehicle accelerator pedal signal to an original vehicle VCU, the original vehicle accelerator signal is shielded in the control process of signal simulation, and the two modes of acceleration and deceleration and drive-by-wire control of the original vehicle can be achieved. Therefore, students can be helped to better understand the system composition, the problem that the structure is not easy to observe and learn due to the fact that an original vehicle is a highly integrated product is solved, and the requirements of experiment teaching are met.

    本发明公开了一种基于新能源汽车线控底盘的改装方法,在原车基础上加装包含有控制器、转向系统、制动系统、传感器件等机构的线控系统,以实现转向和制动的线性控制,通讯协议开源,可对外实现通讯;换档功能通过模拟原车档位传感器各档位的信号传输给原车VCU以实现换挡,在信号模拟控制的过程中会屏蔽原车档位信号,即可实现原车操作换挡和线控两个模式;驱动加减速控制则通过模拟原车油门踏板信号传输给原车VCU实现加减速控制,在信号模拟的控制过程中屏蔽原车油门信号,即可实现原车加减速和线控两个模式。如此能够帮助学员更好地理解系统组成,解决了因原车是高度集成的产品造成结构不易观察学习的问题,从而满足实验教学的需求。
