The invention discloses a power battery equalization method and equalization system based on cloud data, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, a cloud server calculates the SOH of a single string of cells according to the cell data uploaded by a vehicle machine device; s2, determining a charging threshold value VOLchg of the current battery cell according to the SOH of the single string of battery cells; S3, judging whether the voltage of the current battery cell meets the charging threshold value VOLchg or not; s4, balancing all the battery cells by taking the difference value Qdiffi between the battery cell with the minimum capacity and the current charging amount as a balance value; and S5, the vehicle machine module uploads the equilibrium value Qdiffi to a cloud server through a communication unit. The SOH of each string of battery cells is calculated through the cloud server, the TEMPVOLchg relation table is obtained according to the SOH of each string of battery cells, each battery cell is accurately balanced, and dependence on a vehicle-mounted chip is reduced. The capacity difference between the battery cells is calculated by locking the charging capacity when the voltage of the battery cells reaches VOLchg, and the problems that an intelligent automobile operation system is huge and the operation burden is heavy are solved; and the method is not influenced by a voltage platform interval, can be used for different types of battery cells, and is wide in applicability.

    本发明公开了一种基于云端数据的动力电池均衡方法和均衡系统,包括如下步骤:S1:云端服务器根据车机装置上传的电芯数据,计算单串电芯的SOH;S2:根据单串电芯的SOH确定当前电芯的充电阈值VOLchg,S3:判断当前电芯电压是否满足充电阈值VOLchg;S4:根据最小容量电芯与当前充电量的差值Qdiffi作为均衡值对所有电芯进行均衡;S5:车机模块通过通信单元将均衡值Qdiffi上传至云端服务器。通过云端服务器计算每串电芯SOH,根据每串电芯的SOH获取TEMP_VOLchg关系表,对每节电芯进行精确均衡,减少对车载芯片的依赖。通过锁定电芯电压到达VOLchg时的的充电容量进行电芯间容量差异计算,解决智能汽车运算体系庞大,运算负担重的问题;不受电压平台区间的影响,可用于不同类型的电芯,适用性广。
