The invention discloses a multi-section flap control system for a double-wing unmanned aerial vehicle, and relates to the technical field of aircraft flight control. The system comprises an upper flap set, a lower flap set, a control unit, a control unit, a plurality of flap driving units and a detection unit, the flap sets are arranged on four wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle, flap pieces in the flap sets are independently controlled through a flight control calculation unit and the flap driving units, and therefore accurate control over the unmanned aerial vehicle can be achieved; and the aerodynamic efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.
