The sliding rod sequentially comprises a sliding rod connecting part, an abutting part and a spring part in the length direction, the sliding rod connecting part is rotationally connected to the first lug rocker arm, the abutting part is located between the spring part and the sliding rod connecting part, and the radial size of the abutting part is larger than that of the spring part; the sleeve is coaxial with the sliding rod and comprises a sleeve connecting part and a sleeve body, the sleeve connecting part is rotationally connected to the second lug rocker arm, and the spring part of the sliding rod penetrates into the sleeve body in a sliding mode; the spring part is sleeved with the spring, one end of the spring is fixed to the abutting part, and the other end of the spring is fixed to the end of the cylinder body; when the first lug rocker arm moves along with the flap, the sliding rod is pulled to move, so that the spring part moves in the cylinder body, and then the stretching length of the spring is changed.
