The invention discloses a variable-rigidity flexible supporting structure for a suction cup. A plurality of strip-shaped through grooves are formed in the silica gel soft body, a silica gel center island block is formed in the center of the silica gel soft body through separation of the strip-shaped through grooves, a plurality of silica gel sectioning blocks are formed on the periphery of the silica gel soft body, and the silica gel sectioning blocks and the silica gel center island block are connected through magnetic elastic mechanisms. V-shaped grooves are formed between the upper portions of the silica gel sectioning blocks and the silica gel center island blocks, so that the bottoms of the silica gel sectioning blocks and the bottoms of the silica gel center island blocks are fixedly connected, permanent magnets are arranged on the lower portions of the groove walls of the V-shaped grooves, the tops of the groove walls on the two sides of the V-shaped grooves are connected through springs, and sawtooth-shaped grooves are formed in the upper portions of the silica gel sectioning blocks. The adopted structure is small in size, light in weight, simple in structure, convenient to manufacture, capable of being attached to various curved surfaces of different types in a self-adaptive mode and capable of meeting the adsorption requirements for a concave surface, a plane and a convex surface at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种用于吸盘的变刚度柔性支撑结构。硅胶软体开设有多个条形通槽,通过各个条形通槽的分隔使得硅胶软体的中心形成硅胶中心岛块、硅胶软体外周形成多个硅胶分瓣块,硅胶分瓣块和硅胶中心岛块之间通过磁性弹性机构连接,硅胶分瓣块和硅胶中心岛块的上部之间开设V形槽,使得硅胶分瓣块和硅胶中心岛块的底部之间保持固定连接,V形槽的槽壁下部设有永磁体,V形槽的两侧槽壁顶部之间通过弹簧连接,硅胶分瓣块的上部开设有锯齿形槽。本发明采用的结构体积小、重量轻、结构简单、制造方便,能够自适应地贴合各种不同类型曲面,能够同时满足对凹面、平面、凸面的吸附要求。
