The invention discloses a variable-stiffness flexible icebreaking structure which comprises an extrusion icebreaking sleeve which is a magneto-rheological elastomer part and suitable for being arranged on a cable in a sleeving mode, the extrusion icebreaking sleeve is provided with a magnet exciting coil, and the magnet exciting coil is suitable for being electrically connected with the cable; the first sealing end cover and the second sealing end cover are arranged at the two axial ends of the extrusion icebreaking sleeve correspondingly to block openings in the two ends of the extrusion icebreaking sleeve, and the extrusion icebreaking sleeve, the first sealing end cover and the second sealing end cover jointly define an extrusion cavity; the first sealing end cover is provided with a first through hole through which a cable can pass, and the second sealing end cover is provided with a second through hole through which the cable can pass; and the magnetorheological fluid layer is positioned in the extrusion cavity and is clamped between the extrusion icebreaking sleeve and the cable in a sleeving manner. According to the variable-rigidity flexible icebreaking structure, damage to a contact power grid can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile the icebreaking efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种变刚度柔性破冰结构,包括:挤压破冰套筒,挤压破冰套筒为磁流变弹性体件,挤压破冰套筒适于外套在电缆线上,挤压破冰套筒上设有励磁线圈,励磁线圈适于与电缆线电连接;第一密封端盖和第二密封端盖,第一密封端盖和第二密封端盖分别设于挤压破冰套筒的轴向两端以封堵挤压破冰套筒两端的敞开口,挤压破冰套筒、第一密封端盖和第二密封端盖共同限定出挤压腔,第一密封端盖设有适于电缆线穿过的第一穿孔,第二密封端盖设有适于电缆线穿过的第二穿孔;磁流变液层,磁流变液层位于挤压腔内且夹套在挤压破冰套筒和所述电缆线之间。本发明的变刚度柔性破冰结构,能够有效地避免对接触电网产生的损伤,同时破冰效率高。
