The invention discloses a pantograph of an electric locomotive. The pantograph comprises a pantograph horn (4) which is in contact with a contact net line (5), an air channel assembly (3) which is communicated with a main air channel, a cutoff valve seat (2) which is arranged on the pantograph horn (4), and a cutoff valve rod (1) which is arranged on the cutoff valve seat (2), wherein the cutoff valve rod (1) is communicated with the air channel assembly (3); the cutoff valve rod (1) is higher than the surface of the pantograph horn (4), and is positioned within a fault contact net sliding range (A); when the contact net line (5) slides into the fault contact net sliding range (A), the cutoff valve rod (1) can be broken in a scraping way, so that the air channel assembly (3) of the pantograph leaks air, the pantograph falls down, and the contact net line (5) is prevented from sliding in the fault contact net sliding range (A) and causing damage to the pantograph. By adopting the pantograph, the problem of possible damage to the pantograph in a scraping way when the contact net is in a fault state is effectively solved. The invention further discloses the electric locomotive comprising the pantograph.
