The invention provides a multi-mode variable-rigidity supporting device and method, and relates to the technical field of spaceflight, and the multi-mode variable-rigidity supporting device comprises a connecting hinge, an upper limiting block, a lower limiting block, a reed, an adapter block, a first electromagnet, a second electromagnet and a base; according to the device, repeated switching between rigid supporting and flexible supporting can be achieved, large rigidity is provided through the rigid auxiliary connecting unit to achieve rigid supporting, switching between rigid supporting and flexible supporting is further achieved through different electrification conditions of electromagnets, and the rigid auxiliary connecting unit and the variable-rigidity connecting unit are arranged in series. The device has the advantages of being compact in structure, small in mass, stable and reliable in working process, high in integration level and the like while achieving rigid supporting and flexible supporting.

    本发明提供了一种多模式可变刚度支撑装置及方法,涉及航天技术领域,多模式可变刚度支撑装置包括连接铰链、上限位块、下限位块、簧片、转接块、第一电磁铁、第二电磁铁和底座;该装置可实现刚性支撑和柔性支撑的反复切换,通过刚性辅助连接单元提供较大刚度实现刚性支撑,通过电磁铁通电情况不同进一步实现刚性支撑和柔性支撑的切换,刚性辅助连接单元与可变刚度连接单元通过串联布置,使装置在实现刚性支撑和柔性支撑的同时还具有结构紧凑、质量小、工作过程平稳可靠以及集成度高等优点。
