The invention provides a liquid cooling control method and device for an electric drive system, liquid cooling equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that during the operation period of the liquid cooling equipment, when communication between a motor controller and a liquid pump controller is disconnected, the current working current and the current rotating speed of a liquid pump motor are obtained at a preset frequency; based on a first corresponding relation between the current and the rotating speed of a pre-stored liquid pump motor and the temperature of the cooling liquid at a specified part in the cooling flow channel, the temperature corresponding to the current working current and the current rotating speed is determined to serve as the first temperature of the cooling liquid at the specified part; and according to the first temperature and a preset control strategy, the rotating speed of the liquid pump motor is controlled, so that the first temperature of the cooling liquid at the designated part is smaller than a preset over-temperature threshold value. Therefore, after the motor controller loses the control of the liquid pump motor, the liquid pump motor can still perform liquid cooling on equipment such as the speed reducer box body and the driving motor in the driving equipment in a self-adaptive manner, so that the liquid cooling reliability of the driving equipment can be improved.
本申请提供一种电力驱动系统液冷控制方法、装置、液冷设备及存储介质。方法包括:在液冷设备运行期间,当电机控制器与液泵控制器的通信断开时,以预设频率获取液泵电机的当前工作电流及当前转速;基于预存液泵电机的电流、转速与冷却流道中指定部位的冷却液的温度的第一对应关系,确定与当前工作电流及当前转速对应的温度,以作为指定部位的冷却液的第一温度;根据第一温度及预设控制策略,控制液泵电机的转速,以使指定部位的冷却液的第一温度小于预设过温阈值。如此,能够在电机控制器失去对液泵电机的控制后,液泵电机仍然可以自适应地对驱动设备中的减速器箱体及驱动电机等设备进行液冷,从而有利于提高对驱动设备进行液冷的可靠性。
