The method comprises the steps that after a vehicle is powered on, whether a driving request is received or not is judged; when a driving request is received, the motor stator and rotor flow demand, the shaft tooth and bearing flow demand and the differential mechanism flow demand are determined according to the obtained motor rotating speed, motor torque and wheel speed difference; the motor stator and rotor flow demand, the shaft tooth and bearing flow demand and the differential mechanism flow demand are compared, and the target flow demand is determined; and according to the target flow demand, controlling the electric oil pump to discharge oil according to the target flow demand. The method fully cools and lubricates all electric drive parts, enables the rotating speed change of the electric oil pump to be stable, and prolongs the service life of the electric oil pump.
