The invention relates to the technical field of charging guns, in particular to a liquid cooling charging control method and system and a storage medium, and the system comprises a liquid cooling controller, a charger and a BMS; the charger is in communication connection with the liquid cooling controller and the BMS. The liquid cooling controller is respectively connected with a fan and an electronic oil pump in the liquid cooling loop; the method comprises the following steps: a liquid cooling controller obtains state monitoring data of a liquid cooling loop, determines whether the state monitoring data is within a working range or not, triggers a charger to start charging if the state monitoring data is within the working range, and obtains charging demand power fed back by the charger; after the liquid cooling controller controls the fan and the electronic oil pump to operate in the first mode, if the charging demand power is lower than a power threshold value, the liquid cooling controller enters a second mode; when the temperature monitoring data is within the temperature difference range, entering a first mode for operation, otherwise entering a third mode; the charging gun can work in a normal temperature range, so that the service life of the charging gun is prolonged, and the charging safety is improved.

    本发明涉及充电枪技术领域,具体涉及一种液冷充电控制方法、系统及存储介质,系统包括液冷控制器、充电机和BMS;充电机分别与液冷控制器和BMS通信连接;液冷控制器分别与液冷回路中的风扇和电子油泵连接;方法包括:液冷控制器获取液冷回路的状态监测数据,确定状态监测数据是否在工作范围内,若是,则触发充电机启动充电,并获取充电机反馈的充电需求功率;液冷控制器以第一模式控制风扇和电子油泵运行后,若充电需求功率低于功率阈值,则进入第二模式;当温度监测数据在温差范围内时,进入第一模式运行,否则进入第三模式;本发明能保证充电枪工作在正常温度范围,从而延长充电枪的使用寿命,提高充电安全性。
