The invention discloses a liquid cooling over-charging control system, and belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle chargers. Comprising an AC module, a control module, a power module and a DC output module. The alternating current module is used for accessing alternating current to supply power to the control module and the power module; the direct current output module comprises a positive copper bar group, a negative copper bar group, a positive direct current contactor group, a negative direct current contactor group and an annular copper bar group; the direct current output anode of the power supply module is connected with the anode copper bar and is connected with the anode of the terminal external unit through the anode copper bar; the direct-current output cathode of the power supply module is connected with the cathode copper bar and is connected with the cathode of the terminal external unit through the cathode copper bar; and the control module controls the on-off of the positive pole direct current contactor group and the negative pole direct current contactor group according to the charging power switching signal so as to switch the charging power. The high-power charging mode and the low-power charging mode can be switched, resources are fully utilized, and efficient charging is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种液冷超充充电控制系统,属于电动汽车充电机技术领域。包括交流模块、控制模块、电源模块和直流输出模块;交流模块用于接入交流电为控制模块和电源模块供电;直流输出模块包括正极铜排组、负极铜排组、正极直流接触器组、负极直流接触器组和环形铜排组;电源模块的直流输出正极连接正极铜排,且通过正极铜排连接终端外机的正极;电源模块的直流输出负极连接负极铜排,且通过负极铜排连接终端外机的负极;控制模块根据充电功率切换信号控制正极直流接触器组和负极直流接触器组的通断,以切换充电功率。本发明能切换大功率和小功率两种充电模式,充分利用资源,高效充电。
