The invention provides a background management system and method for an unmanned ship, and the system comprises a monitoring module which is used for obtaining the actual navigation information and theoretical navigation information of the unmanned ship, and enabling an electronic device connected with the unmanned ship to display the actual navigation information and the theoretical navigation information; the fault statistics module is used for performing statistics on fault alarm messages when the unmanned ship sails and enabling the electronic equipment to display the fault alarm messages; the task evaluation module is used for determining evaluation parameters and enabling the electronic equipment to display the evaluation parameters, and the evaluation parameters are used for representing the deviation degree of the theoretical navigation track and the actual navigation track of the unmanned ship. The background management system provided by the invention can process and enable the electronic equipment to display the navigation information of the unmanned ship provided by each system, so that a worker can accurately and intuitively know and judge the navigation state of the unmanned ship.
