The invention provides an unmanned ship integrated power system health management method, which adopts early warning based on fault prediction and fault recovery based on system reconstruction, and can realize fault early warning/pre-positioning, fault reconstruction/pre-reconstruction and maintenance suggestions. Therefore, the healthy operation of the comprehensive power system in the operation process of the unmanned ship is ensured. In the operation process of the unmanned ship, data capable of reflecting operation information of all equipment in the integrated power system is monitored in real time; alarm judgment is carried out on each piece of monitoring data; when a certain monitoring data exceeds a set threshold value, performing steady state judgment on the monitoring data; further performing trend judgment on the monitoring data judged to be in the unstable state; if the trend is a normal trend, indicating that the current integrated power system operates normally, and if the trend is an abnormal trend, carrying out fault positioning, and then carrying out fault reconstruction according to a fault positioning result.

    本发明提供一种无人船综合电力系统健康管理方法,采用基于故障预测的预警,基于系统重构的故障恢复,能够实现故障预警/预定位、故障重构/预重构、维修建议;从而保障无人船运行过程中,其综合电力系统的健康运行。无人船运行过程中,实时监测能够反应综合电力系统中各设备运行信息的数据;并对各监测数据进行报警判断;当某个监测数据超过设定的阈值时,对该监测数据进行稳态判断;对于判断处于非稳态的监测数据进一步进行趋势判断;若为正常趋势,表明当前综合电力系统运行正常,若为异常趋势,则进行故障定位,然后根据故障定位结果进行故障重构。
