The invention discloses an electric leakage protection device and a rail transit power supply system, and the device comprises a plurality of sets of electric leakage protection sub-devices which are in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of traction substations of the rail transit power supply system, and each electric leakage protection sub-device comprises a grounding electric leakage protection circuit, a digital current selective tripping protection circuit and a switch, the digital current selective tripping protection circuit is in communication connection with a corresponding switch through a tail cable, is electrically connected with a corresponding grounding leakage protection circuit through a hard wire, and is used for receiving a leakage alarm signal sent by the corresponding grounding leakage protection circuit when receiving the leakage alarm signal sent by the corresponding grounding leakage protection circuit. And obtaining and positioning a fault section according to the inflow and outflow current vectors of all feeder loops in the power supply section to which the fault section belongs, and cutting off the fault section after positioning. And the switches of two adjacent traction substations are in communication connection through optical cables. Therefore, the device can quickly and accurately cut off the fault section, reduce the power failure range, and guide operation and maintenance personnel to pointedly overhaul and maintain the continuity and stability of the power supply system.

    本发明公开了一种漏电保护装置及轨道交通供电系统,该装置包括:多套漏电保护子装置,其与轨道交通供电系统的多个牵引变电所一一对应设置,其包括:接地漏电保护电路、数字电流选跳保护电路和交换机,数字电流选跳保护电路与对应的交换机之间通过尾缆通信连接,与对应的接地漏电保护电路通过硬线电连接,其用于在接收到对应接地漏电保护电路发送的漏电告警信号时,获取并根据自身所属供电区间所有馈线回路流入、流出的电流矢量定位故障区间,并在定位后,切除故障区间。相邻两牵引变电所的交换机之间通过光缆通信连接。由此,该装置,可快速、准确地切除故障区间,缩小停电范围,指导运维人员有针对性地检修,维护供电系统的连续性和稳定性。
