The invention discloses a rail transit power supply system negative ground limiting protection device, and belongs to the technical field of rail power supply. The device comprises a negative ground voltage limiting module, a negative ground voltage and current detection module, an intelligent control module and a thyristor cut-off control module; the negative ground voltage limiting module comprises a first contactor and a thyristor module which are connected in parallel, and when the potential difference between a negative return rail and the ground exceeds a specified voltage value, the thyristor module and the first contactor are conducted; the negative ground voltage and current detection module is used for detecting current and/or voltage between the negative return rail and the ground and uploading the current and/or voltage to the intelligent control module; the intelligent control module is used for receiving the voltage detected by the negative ground voltage and current detection module and controlling the thyristor cut-off control module to immediately cut off the thyristor module after the first contactor is closed; and the thyristor cut-off control module is used forimmediately switching off the thyristor module after the thyristor module is switched on in the forward direction. According to the invention, stray current increased due to continuous conduction of the thyristor can be reduced, and the service life of the thyristor is prolonged; small frame leakage current is discharged to a negative electrode, and stray current is prevented from flowing into theground.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通供电系统负地限位保护装置,属于轨道供电技术领域。本发明包括:负地限压模块,包括并联的第一接触器和晶闸管模块,当负极回流轨与大地之间的电位差超出指定的电压值时,晶闸管模块和第一接触器导通;负地电压电流检测模块,用于检测负极回流轨与大地之间的电流和/或电压并上传至智能控制模块;智能控制模块,用于接收负地电压电流检测模块检测的电压,在第一接触器闭合后控制晶闸管截止控制模块将晶闸管模块立即关断;晶闸管截止控制模块,用于在晶闸管模块正向导通后,立即关断晶闸管模块。本发明能降低因晶闸管连续导通而增加的杂散电流,延长晶闸管使用寿命;使小的框架泄漏电流排流到负极,避免杂散电流流入地下。
