The system comprises a frame monitoring system used for detecting frame leakage current flowing through a frame, and a frame leakage current discharge module which is connected between a negative return rail and the ground, receives a frame leakage current detection value from a frame monitoring system, and discharges the frame leakage current to the negative return rail when the frame leakage current value is greater than a specified value. According to the invention, small frame leakage current can be drained to the negative electrode, and stray current is prevented from flowing into the ground.
