An intelligent network connection vehicle formation decision-making method comprises the following steps that S1, an intelligent network connection vehicle information database is constructed, and traffic state information and formation information of a vehicle and surrounding vehicles are stored; s2, carrying out information communication between the vehicle and the surrounding intelligent network connection vehicle; if the communication fails and data packet loss occurs, the decision maker reads the last piece of information from the database, and the last piece of information is regarded as the information of the current surrounding intelligent network connection vehicle; if the communication is successful, storing the communication information of all surrounding vehicles in a database; and S3, the decision-making device makes a decision on the formation behavior of the vehicle based on a formation formation decision-making rule according to the traffic state information and the formation information of the vehicle and the surrounding vehicles, updates the formation information of the vehicle, and stores the formation information after decision making in a database. The decision is made based on the vehicle-vehicle and fleet-fleet communication information, and the decision self-consistency of the vehicles in the fleet can be ensured by considering the vehicle and fleet states at the same time.

    一种智能网联车辆编队形成决策方法,包括如下步骤,步骤S1.构建智能网联车辆信息数据库,存储本车以及周围车辆的交通状态信息和编队信息;步骤S2.本车与周围智能网联车辆之间进行信息通讯;若通讯失败,出现数据丢包,则决策器从数据库中读取上一条信息,视为当前周围智能网联车辆的信息;若通讯成功,则将周围所有车辆的通讯信息保存至数据库中;步骤S3.决策器根据本车以及周围车辆的交通状态信息和编队信息,基于编队形成决策规则,对本车的编队行为进行决策,更新本车的编队信息,将决策后的编队信息保存至数据库。本发明基于车‑车以及车队‑车队通信信息进行决策,同时考虑车辆以及车队状态可以保证车队内车辆的决策自洽性。
