The omni-directional AGV with the lifting and lateral moving functions comprises an AGV body, a roll material supporting frame, a lateral moving mechanism and a lifting mechanism, the roll material supporting frame is provided with a first material position and a second material position which are used for containing a roll core shaft and a finished roll material, the lifting mechanism is installed on the lateral moving mechanism, the lateral moving mechanism is used for driving the lifting mechanism to move transversely, and the first material position and the second material position are used for containing the roll core shaft and the finished roll material. The lifting mechanism is used for driving the two lifting blocks to ascend and descend synchronously to lift the roll core shaft or the finished roll material, and the lateral moving mechanism is matched with the lifting mechanism to be used for moving the roll core shaft to a first material position or moving away the roll core shaft on the first material position. The moving mechanism is used for moving the finished product roll material to a second material position or moving away the finished product roll material on the second material position; by the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with manual hoisting of the roll core shaft and the finished roll material, transfer and carrying of the roll core shaft and the finished roll material can be automatically achieved, manual operation is not needed, convenience and rapidness are achieved, and the transfer efficiency of the roll core shaft and the finished roll material can be greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有举升侧移功能的全向AGV,包括:AGV本体、卷料支撑架、侧移机构以及举升机构,卷料支撑架上设有用于放置卷芯轴和成品卷料的的第一料位和第二料位,举升机构安装在侧移机构上,侧移机构用于驱动举升机构横向移动,举升机构用于驱动两个举升块同步升降、实现举升卷芯轴或成品卷料,侧移机构与举升机构配合用于将卷芯轴移动至第一料位上或者将第一料位上的卷芯轴移走,以及用于将成品卷料移动至第二料位上或者将第二料位上的成品卷料移走;采用上述技术方案,相对于人工吊运卷芯轴和成品卷料而言,可自动化实现卷芯轴和成品卷料的转运及搬运,不用人工操作,方便快捷,可以大大提升卷芯轴和成品卷料的转运效率。
