The invention discloses an anti-skid self-locking type electric single-beam bridge crane which comprises a single steel bridge, a crane body sliding on the single steel bridge and a winch arranged at the bottom of the crane body, and the crane body is provided with a plurality of walking wheels sliding on the single steel bridge. Each walking wheel is provided with a locking device, and the locking devices are used for stopping rotating along with the walking wheels so that the upper portions and the lower portions of the locking devices can abut against the transverse strips and the single steel bridge correspondingly and generate the braking effect. When the walking wheels stop rotating, the single steel bridge and the cross bar can be locked through the friction locking block, two-step operation can be completed only through rotation of the walking wheels, the later maintenance frequency and time are reduced, the equipment cooperation is good, assistance of other equipment is not needed, and the equipment is convenient to use. And the traveling wheels are braked, so that the matching time between equipment is shortened, and the equipment can complete operation more effectively.

    本发明公开了一种防滑自锁型电动单梁桥式起重机,包括单钢桥梁和滑动在单钢桥梁上的起重机以及设于起重机底部的卷扬机,起重机上设有多个行走轮在单钢桥梁上滑动,每个行走轮上均设有用于跟随行走轮停止转动而形成上下部分别与横条和单钢桥梁相抵并产生制动效果的锁死装置,此电动单桥式起重机行走轮在单钢桥梁移动时,通过行走轮旋转带动出气腔转动,从而让气体喷到单钢桥梁上清理障碍,当行走轮停止转动时,又能通过摩擦锁紧块分别对单钢桥梁和横条进行锁死,只通过行走轮的旋转就能完成两步作业,减少后期维护次数和时间,设备的配合性好,不需其他设备来辅助,清扫和对行走轮进行制动,减少设备之间配合时间,使得设备更有效的完成作业。
