The invention discloses an electric single-beam bridge crane, which relates to the technical field of cranes and comprises a cross beam, a first moving mechanism, a second moving mechanism and a rope take-up and pay-off mechanism, the second moving mechanism is located below the cross beam and connected with the rope winding and unwinding mechanism. The rope winding and unwinding mechanism comprises a shell, a steel rope, a hook assembly and an auxiliary clamping ring. The steel rope is arranged in the shell, and one end of the steel rope penetrates through the receding opening of the auxiliary clamping ring to be connected with the hook assembly. A first abutting groove is formed in the side, facing the interior of the shell, of the top of the receding opening. A first abutting block is arranged in the first abutting groove and is connected with the first abutting groove through a first spring; a second abutting groove is formed in the side, facing the outside of the shell, of the bottom of the receding opening. A second abutting block is arranged in the second abutting groove and connected with the second abutting groove through a second spring. Limiting plates are arranged on the two sides of the receding opening and connected with the auxiliary clamping ring through third springs. The stability of an object in the moving process is effectively improved, meanwhile, the load force brought by inertia force to the steel rope is reduced, and abrasion to the steel rope is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电动单梁桥式起重机,涉及起重机技术领域,包括有横梁、第一移动机构、第二移动机构和绳索收放机构;第二移动机构位于横梁下方并连接绳索收放机构;绳索收放机构包括有壳体、钢绳、挂钩组件和辅助卡环;钢绳设置在壳体内且一端穿过辅助卡环的避让口与挂钩组件连接;避让口顶部朝向壳体内的一侧设置有第一抵接槽;第一抵接槽内设置有第一抵接块且通过第一弹簧连接;避让口底部朝壳体外的一侧设置有第二抵接槽;第二抵接槽内设置第二抵接块且通过第二弹簧连接;避让口两侧设置有限位板,限位板与辅助卡环之间通过第三弹簧连接。本发明有效的提高了物体在移动时的稳定性,同时减少惯性力对钢绳带来的负荷力,减少了钢绳受到的磨损。
