The invention relates to a hybrid power device, a hybrid power vehicle and a driving control method of the vehicle. The hybrid power device comprises an engine, a first motor, a second motor, a flow dividing mechanism and a speed changing mechanism. The shunting mechanism is provided with an input part, a first output part and a second output part; the speed change mechanism comprises a first input shaft, a second input shaft, an intermediate shaft, an output shaft, a first separation and connection element, a second separation and connection element, a first gear set, a second gear set and a rear transmission gear set. The engine is connected with the input part, the first motor is connected with the first output part, and the first input shaft is connected with the second output part. The second motor is connected with the second input shaft. The intermediate shaft is connected with the output shaft. The first disengagement element can be connected with the second input shaft and the intermediate shaft through one of the first gear set and the second gear set; the second disengagement element can switch on the first input shaft and the second input shaft and/or the first input shaft and the output shaft. By means of the arrangement, at least four power dividing modes can be achieved, the energy efficiency is improved, and power interruption is avoided.
