The buoy comprises a wave sensor and a signal acquisition unit, the wave sensor comprises a floating structure and a plurality of coaxially arranged power generation units arranged in the floating structure; the power generation unit comprises a substrate, a copper electrode pair and a polytetrafluoroethylene ball; the substrate is provided with a plurality of grooves, the copper electrode pairs are attached to the surfaces of the grooves, each copper electrode pair comprises two copper electrodes which are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the corresponding groove, and each groove is internally provided with a plurality of polytetrafluoroethylene small balls; the signal acquisition unit is arranged in the floating structure and comprises an stm32 controller, a temperature and humidity sensor, a 4G module and a GPS module. According to the invention, real-time monitoring and data acquisition of sea surface information can be realized.
