The invention relates to the field of new energy power generation, in particular to a water kinetic energy composite friction nano-generator and an intelligent buoy. The generator comprises a floating body, a first power generation suite and a second power generation suite. The first power generation suite comprises a bidirectional air turbine and a non-contact friction power generation set, drives a turbine device to rotate by means of airflow or water flow in the floating and sinking process of the floating body, and then drives a movable friction plate in the non-contact friction power generation set to rotate relative to a fixed friction plate to generate power. And the second power generation suite drives the friction ball to roll on the electrode layer by utilizing the swinging of the floating body so as to generate power by friction. The device can collect potential energy in stormy waves and convert the potential energy into electric energy when the stormy waves drive the floating body to float, sink and swing. According to the scheme, the integration level is high, and the water kinetic energy collection and conversion efficiency of the generator is greatly improved; in addition, the power mechanism and the friction power generation mechanism are decoupled through the first power generation unit, the limitation of the specification of a turbine on the power of the power generator is eliminated, and the power density of the power generator can be improved.
