The invention discloses an ocean wave friction energy collection buoy device, and belongs to the field of ocean energy collection. Comprising a shell, a power generation skin arranged on the surface of the shell and a gravity center adjusting unit arranged in the shell. The shell is used for installing the gravity center adjusting unit and required electronic elements; a charge distribution structure of a solid-liquid interface can be formed when the power generation skin is in contact with liquid, and electron transfer can occur in the structure; the gravity center adjusting unit is used for adjusting the gravity center of the whole buoy device so as to adjust the posture of the buoy device and the contact area of the buoy device and the liquid environment. Ocean wave friction energy is collected through the power generation skin of a multi-layer structure, the ionization reaction layer located on the outer surface of the power generation skin makes contact with liquid to generate ions with points, and the electron transfer layer connected with the ionization reaction layer can alternately transfer charges in the contact-separation process of the liquid and the ionization reaction layer. According to the invention, the problem of low power generation efficiency caused by low quantity of transferred charges per unit area in the prior art is solved.

    本发明一种海洋波浪摩擦能量收集浮标装置,属于海洋能收集领域;包括壳体、置于壳体表面的发电蒙皮,置于壳体内的重心调节单元;壳体用于安装重心调节单元及所需电子元件;发电蒙皮在与液体接触中能够形成固‑液界面的电荷分布结构,该结构中能够发生电子转移;重心调节单元用于调节整个浮标装置的重心,进而调节浮标装置的姿态及与所处液体环境的接触面积。本发明通过多层结构的发电蒙皮收集海洋波浪摩擦能量,其位于外层表面的离子化反应层与液体接触后产生带点离子,与离子化反应层连接的电子转移层在液体与离子化反应层接触‑分离的过程中能够发生电荷的交替转移。本发明解决了现有技术中单位面积内转移电荷量较低,从而导致发电效率低的问题。
