The invention provides a brake resistor air duct. The brake resistor air duct comprises an air duct, a connecting piece and a filter screen. Connecting pieces are arranged at the two ends of the air duct correspondingly and used for being connected with a brake resistor or a draught fan. A flow guide structure is arranged in the air duct; an opening is formed in the air duct in the direction perpendicular to the air direction, and the filter screen is detachably arranged in the air duct and can be taken out through the opening; a door plate is further hinged to the air duct, and a plug pin at the end, away from a hinge point, of the door plate is fixed to the air duct. The door plate is matched with the opening in shape and used for blocking the opening to prevent the filter screen from sliding out. The flow guide structure is designed in the air duct, it can be guaranteed that cooling air evenly reaches the interior of the brake resistor, the filter screen is arranged in the air duct and can effectively prevent snowflakes or impurities in the cooling air from entering the interior of the brake resistor, the short-circuit fault of the brake resistor is effectively avoided, and the filter screen can be taken out from the side face of the air duct and is convenient to clean and maintain.

    本发明提供了一种制动电阻风道,包括风筒、连接件以及滤网;所述风筒的两端分别设置有连接件,所述连接件用于连接制动电阻或风机;所述风筒内设置有导流结构;所述风筒沿风向的垂直方向上设置有开口,所述滤网可拆卸式设置在风筒内且其能通过开口取出;所述风筒上还铰接有门板,所述门板远离铰接点的一端插销固定在风筒上;所述门板形状与开口形状相匹配,用于封堵开口防止滤网滑出。本发明在风筒中设计有导流结构,能保证冷却风均匀到达制动电阻内部,风筒内设置有滤网,该滤网可以有效阻挡冷却空气中的雪花或杂物进入制动电阻内部,有效避免制动电阻短路故障,并且滤网可以从风筒侧面取出,方便清洗维护。
