The traction machine brake structure comprises a traction shaft, a pair of brake discs and a pressing disc, a flange is arranged at one end of the traction shaft, friction materials are arranged on the two opposite end faces of each brake disc, and the pressing disc is fixed to the end, away from the flange, of the traction shaft. Cylindrical parts of the pair of brake discs are installed on the traction shaft and axially limited on the traction shaft through the flange and the pressing disc, a first O-shaped ring annular groove and a second O-shaped ring annular groove are formed in the end face, opposite to one brake disc, of the flange and the end face, opposite to the other brake disc, of the pressing disc respectively, and a first O-shaped ring and a second O-shaped ring are embedded into the first O-shaped ring annular groove and the second O-shaped ring annular groove. The first O-shaped ring and the second O-shaped ring are compressed by means of pre-tightening force, so that the positions of the two brake discs are automatically adjusted after the brake is attracted, and an air gap can be reserved between two brake surfaces of each brake disc after the brake is released. According to the invention, the dynamic friction of the brake disc is effectively avoided, the excessive loss of a friction material is prevented, the noise of the traction machine during working is reduced, and the comfort of taking an elevator is ensured.

    本发明公开的一种曳引机制动器结构,包含曳引轴、一对刹车盘和压盘,曳引轴的一端设置有法兰,每一刹车盘的两相对端面上设置有摩擦材料,压盘固定在曳引轴远离法兰的一端,一对刹车盘的圆筒部分安装在曳引轴上并通过法兰和所述压盘轴向限制在曳引轴上,其在法兰相对一刹车盘的端面上和压盘相对另一刹车盘的端面上分别开设有第一、二O型圈环形槽,在第一、二O型圈环形槽内嵌入第一、二O型圈,第一、二O型圈依靠预紧力压缩,使其在制动器吸合后自动调节两个刹车盘的位置并使得制动器释放后每一刹车盘的两个刹车面能够保有气隙。本发明有效避免了刹车盘的动摩擦,防止摩擦材料的过度损耗,降低了曳引机工作时的噪声,保证了乘梯的舒适性。
