A plurality of hollow bolts are arranged between the armature and the electromagnet, and mounting bolts are arranged in the hollow bolts; the brake releasing mechanism comprises a brake releasing handle located on one side of the electromagnet and a brake releasing screw which sequentially penetrates through the armature, the electromagnet and the brake releasing handle, a nut is arranged on the brake releasing screw, a steel ball is arranged between the brake releasing handle and the electromagnet, a plurality of concave cavities are formed in the side, facing the armature, of the electromagnet, sliding blocks are arranged in the concave cavities, and the sliding blocks are connected with the electromagnet. A shock pad is arranged on the side, facing the armature, of the sliding block, an ejector rod in threaded connection with the electromagnet is arranged on the other side of the sliding block, and a locking nut is arranged at the end, extending out of the electromagnet, of the ejector rod. The device has the advantages of being low in noise and good in using effect.

    本发明公开了一种电梯曳引机用静音制动器,包括衔铁,衔铁的一侧设有电磁铁,衔铁的另一侧设有垫板,垫板上设有摩擦片,摩擦片的摩擦面为圆弧面,电磁铁上设有盲孔,其中一部分盲孔内设有弹簧,其余盲孔内设有线圈;衔铁与电磁铁之间设有多个空心螺栓,空心螺栓内设有安装螺栓;还包括松闸机构,所述松闸机构包括位于电磁铁一侧的松闸柄和依次穿过衔铁、电磁铁、松闸柄的松闸螺钉,松闸螺钉上设有螺母,松闸柄与电磁铁之间设有钢珠,所述电磁铁朝向衔铁的一侧设有多个凹腔,凹腔内设有滑块,滑块朝向衔铁的一侧设有减震垫,滑块的另一侧设有与电磁铁螺接的顶杆,顶杆伸出电磁铁的端部设有锁紧螺帽。本发明具有噪音小和使用效果较好的优点。
