The traction machine brake monitoring switch comprises a magnet yoke end bottom plate, a microswitch, a rotating plate, a rotating shaft, a reset torsion spring, an adjustable bolt and an armature end bottom plate, the microswitch is fixed to the magnet yoke end bottom plate, the tail end of the rotating plate is rotatably installed on the magnet yoke end bottom plate through the rotating shaft, and the armature end bottom plate is fixed to the rotating shaft. The front end of the rotating plate is arranged corresponding to a contact of the microswitch, the rotating shaft is sleeved with a reset torsion spring for driving the rotating plate to reset, and the magnet yoke end bottom plate is further provided with a bilateral limiting baffle for limiting the rotating angle of the rotating plate; the adjustable bolt is installed on the armature end bottom plate, the adjusting end of the adjustable bolt is arranged corresponding to the outer side of the middle of the rotating plate, and the length of the adjusting end of the adjustable bolt is adjustable. Main electronic components are installed on the bottom plate, the installation position is determined when the electronic components leave a factory, and when the electronic components are installed on the brake, the electronic components do not need to be adjusted respectively, only the adjustable bolts need to be finely adjusted, and rapid adjustment is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种可快速调节的曳引机制动器监测开关和曳引机制动器,包括磁轭端底板、微动开关、转板、转轴、复位扭簧、可调节螺栓和衔铁端底板,微动开关固定在磁轭端底板上,转板的尾端通过转轴可转动的安装在磁轭端底板上,转板的前端对应微动开关的触头设置,转轴上套装有驱使转板复位的复位扭簧,磁轭端底板上还设置有用于限制转板旋转角度的双侧限位挡板;可调节螺栓安装于衔铁端底板上,可调节螺栓的调节端对应转板的中部外侧设置,可调节螺栓的调节端长度可调。将主要电子元件安装在一块底板上,安装位置在出厂时已确定,在安装到制动器上时无需分别调整,只需微调可调节螺栓即可,实现快速调节。
