The invention belongs to the technical field of robots, and particularly relates to a ship surface cleaning and maintaining robot which comprises a machine body. The device further comprises a cleaning mechanism, a power mechanism, a walking mechanism, an adsorption device, a lighting device, a monitoring module, an energy storage module, a controller and a functional tank. The cleaning mechanism used for cleaning and maintaining the surface of the ship body is arranged in the machine body. The power mechanism is arranged on the left side of the cleaning mechanism and used for rotation and switching of the cleaning mechanism. Through the cleaning mechanism, the power mechanism, the walking mechanism and the like, a series of treatment procedures of removing rust on the surface of the ship body, washing with water, drying and spraying an anti-rust coating are achieved, and the ship body rust removing device has the advantages of being complete in function, wide in applicability, high in efficiency, good in quality and the like; in addition, the power mechanism can complete switching of all the functional rollers so as to achieve working procedure changes corresponding to all the functional rollers, and therefore rust on the surface of the ship body can be efficiently cleaned and maintained.

    本发明属于机器人技术领域,具体的说是一种船舶表面清理及维护机器人,包括机体;还包括清理机构、动力机构、行走机构、吸附装置、照明装置、监控模块、储能模块和控制器和功能罐;所述用于清理和维护船体表面的清理机构设置在机体的内部;所述动力机构设置在清理机构的左侧,动力机构用于清理机构的旋转和切换;通过设置的清理机构、动力机构、行走机构等,实现对船体表面锈迹的清除、水洗、烘干和防锈涂层喷涂的一系列处理工序,具有功能齐全、适用性广、效率高、质量好等优点;另外,动力机构可完成各个功能滚筒的切换,以实现各功能滚筒所对应的工序变化,从而高效对船体表面锈迹进行清理维护。
